Tumis Iga Sapi

Bahan :

  • 1 pon iga sapi
  • 3 sdm minya untuk menumis
  • 1 bh bawang bombay iris halus
  • 3 siung bawang putih haluskan
  • air secukupnya
  • 100 ml air kaldu sisa merebus daging
Rendaman :

  • 3 sdm saus tomat
  • 3 sdm saus hoisin
  • 1 sdm madu
  • 1 sdm saus barbeque
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt merica

Cara membuat :

  • rebus iga sapi sampai empuk dan sisakan air kaldunya kira-kira 100 ml, sisihkan airnya
  • rendam iga sapi dalam bumbu rendaman selama kurang lebih 1 jam
  • tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai harum
  • masukkan iga sapi dan air kaldu, tumis sampai matang
